style=\"font-size: large;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">Nanoparticle Tracking Analysis is a technique that by capturing the light scattered from particles undergoing Brownian Motion provides tracking of their size and concentration data. A high sensitive sCMOS camera allows for real-time particle monitoring. The device operates in flow mode<\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">using a set of lasers emitting light in the following spectral regions &#8211; violet (405 nm, &lt;70mW), blue (488 nm, &lt;55mW), green (532 nm, &lt;60mW) and red (642 nm, &lt;50mW). An additional fluorescent filter allows for the detection of labeled particles. The device can determine the size (diameter) of particles by number in the range from 10 nm to 1000 nm and a concentration from 10<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">6<\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"> to 10<\/span><sup><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">9 <\/span><\/sup><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\">particles\/ml. The system allows for precise temperature control during measurements in the range 5 to 70
