The mission of the Institute of Polymers is to carry out research, innovations and training in the field of polymers and polymer materials that contribute to the development of science and technology and to socio-economic benefits. The research policy of the IP-BAS is in line with the priorities of the European Union for the development of a knowledge-based economy. The institute has successfully applied the model for new knowledge accumulation through research and its transformation into innovative technologies and products meeting the requirements of society.
